Will Your Box Truck Fit Our Equipment?
Doug’s Alignment concentrates on commercial vans, cutaway box trucks, conventional-cab box trucks, delivery vehicles, and fleet trucks that fit safely through our shop door and onto our alignment rack.
- Total vehicle height must safely clear our 12-foot shop door
- Wheelbase around 180 inches or less
- Actual vehicle weight below 14,000 pounds
- Compatible track width and tire placement
- Adequate body and undercarriage clearance
- Rear overhang that clears the rack and shop equipment
A vehicle advertised as 12 feet tall will not safely clear a door measuring exactly 12 feet. Marker lights, refrigeration units, antennas, roof equipment, suspension movement, pavement angle, and loading can affect actual clearance.
Trucks close to the height, wheelbase, or weight limits must be measured and confirmed before an appointment is scheduled.
Doug’s Alignment does not service Isuzu NPR trucks or other cab-over commercial trucks.

Vehicles may carry changing loads, operate on rough delivery routes, make repeated tight turns, strike curbs, and accumulate substantial mileage in a short period of time.
Before making alignment adjustments, steering and suspension components, tires, ride height, loading, and vehicle condition should be considered as a complete system.
