Customer-Supplied Lift Kits
Customer-supplied lift and leveling kits may be accepted after review. The kit must be complete, undamaged, and correct for the exact vehicle, drivetrain, cab, bed, suspension, and model year.
Additional labor, replacement hardware, worn steering or suspension parts, correction components, broken fasteners, seized adjustments, and missing parts are extra.

Why Lifted Truck Alignments Are Different
Lift kits and leveling kits change the operating position of steering and suspension components. Even when the truck can be adjusted into published specifications, the factory specifications may not provide the best handling or tire wear for every modified vehicle.
Proper alignment requires looking at the entire truck: lift height, ride height, suspension design, control-arm position, caster split, tire size, wheel offset, steering geometry, component wear, and how the vehicle is actually used.
